When making a booking, while every effort is made to book the suite you have chosen, this is not always possible. So we work on a 'first booked, first deposited' basis.

Room Reservation

Please use the Reservations form to the right to give us your booking requirements. The form makes it easy to send us your information so we can make your tentative booking.

Deposit Policy

A minimum 50% deposit prior to arrival date is essential to guarantee your booking.

NB - No booking is confirmed until a deposit is received to secure the reservation. If the booking is cancelled after confirmation of payment the deposit will be forfeited. The reason being that other people may wish to book the same suite, and we would therefore lose the booking for that suite seeing that you have now booked it. As per cancellation policy below.

Cancellation Policy

No booking is secured/confirmed until a deposit is received to secure the reservation. If the booking is cancelled after confirmation the deposit will be forfeited. Cancelled less than 10 days prior to arrival: 100% of the full accommodation charged. If cancelled more than 10 days in advance then booking may be postponed and carried over provided we can re-let the accommodation.

The Feathered Nest is a by Appointment Only venue. For this reason alone we do not give out directions to the farm but will provide these via email or fax at the time of your booking - and a Google Map if needed.
